Executive Medical
Get Answers About Your Health with Our On-Site Executive Medical Physical
Each executive medical physical includes the following:
- Head to toe examination
- Complete blood work testing
- Cardiovascular risk assessment
- A follow-up appointment two weeks later to review the evaluation of the exam and lab work (the written report is available for you and your physician, upon request after the follow-up appointment)

*Notes:
- Each executive medical physical costs $1000.00
- We review every patient’s results within two weeks time
- Each appointment will take 2 hours to complete, so please book your time accordingly
- Receipt may be issued upon request
